Unsalted Innovations was founded by Brent Schipper, a PMP-certified technology leader with two decades of IT leadership and enterprise project delivery — including governing AI initiatives inside a large, highly regulated organization.
That background matters because it covers the unglamorous parts. The security reviews. The change management. The stakeholder meeting where someone finally asks what this actually costs and who owns it when it's wrong. Plenty of AI advice skips those. They're usually where initiatives die.
